"Not Okay" is the anthem for my people who don't know if they will come out the other side of their depression or anger, I want you to understand it's okay to NOT BE OKAY RIGHT NOW. Depression in it's many vast forms can dry the life out of you and vacuum your will to live right out of your chest. Depression is a part of nature and human chemical balance. We have to accept and come to understand the root of what makes this tick amidst us and begin to face that head on, and if it helps to have a friend by your side in battle, I'll be that friend however I can.
